Our Story
Eddy & Marvely's kitchen on wheels
Eddy's 305 is family-owned and family-run. Eddy and his wife Marvely cook the food they grew up on — Cuban plates made by hand, with fresh ingredients and no shortcuts.
It's a food truck, not a factory. Every order comes out of a small kitchen where the owners are the ones cooking, and the neighborhood is the reason it's still here.
